Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the QuickListing web application and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by Abdullah Yasin Gündüz, acting as an individual sole proprietor based in Türkiye (“we”, “us”, or “QuickListing”). Our correspondence address is UŞAK OSB TEKNOPARK, Tekstil OSB 204. Cd. No:566, Merkez/Uşak, Türkiye. Our contact email is support@quicklisting.app.
1. The Service
QuickListing helps independent Etsy sellers of digital-printable products plan, generate, and publish listings. The Service uses third-party AI image models (currently Recraft V4) and language models (currently Anthropic Claude) to produce listing artwork and copy from your prompts and reference photos, and it can push generated drafts to your Etsy shop over the Etsy API when you connect a shop.
We may modify, add, or remove features over time. Material changes that reduce your ability to access features you have paid for will be communicated by email to the address on your account.
2. Accounts
You sign in with a passwordless magic link sent to your email. Sessions are managed by our identity provider, Supabase. You are responsible for keeping your email inbox secure. We treat anyone who can click the magic link as the account holder.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to use the Service. One account per person; commercial resale of account access is prohibited.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- generate content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, or violates Etsy’s Creativity Standards, Handmade Policy, or Prohibited Items Policy;
- generate sexual content involving real or recognisable people, content that sexualises minors, or content that depicts real identifiable individuals without consent;
- attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bulk-download the Service, or to circumvent rate limits or quotas;
- resell or redistribute our generated outputs outside the normal Etsy listing workflow in a way that misrepresents them as created by someone other than you;
- use the Service to impersonate others or to mislead Etsy shoppers about the nature of the product.
The list above is a summary. The full content and behaviour rules — including how reports are handled, what triggers a suspension, and the appeal path — live in our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms by reference. Copyright owners reporting infringement should follow the procedure on our DMCA Notice & Takedown page.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section. Serious or repeated violations can be terminated without notice, with a refund limited to the unused portion of any prepaid subscription.
4. Payments, Credits, and Subscriptions
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), our merchant of record. Paddle charges your payment method, handles sales tax and VAT globally, and issues invoices and receipts on our behalf.
The Service uses a credit system. One-time credit packs (Starter, Creator) do not expire. The Studio monthly subscription renews automatically until cancelled; each renewal grants that cycle’s allotted credits, and unused credits from the previous cycle do not roll over. Prices, credit amounts, and the credit cost of each action are listed on the plans page and may change with reasonable notice.
You may cancel a subscription at any time from your Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep your tier and any remaining credits until then.
5. Refunds
One-time packs (Starter, Creator) are refundable only within 14 days of purchase AND only if zero credits from that pack have been used. The first action that consumes a credit ends the refund window for that pack permanently. Partial-pack refunds are not offered.
Studio subscription renewals are refundable per renewal charge: within 14 days of that specific charge, and only if no credits granted by that renewal cycle have been used. Cancelling the subscription stops future charges; it does not refund a fully-used cycle.
Used credits are non-refundable. Once a credit is spent on a generation, an upscale, or a Mix-It blend — including outputs you dislike but that completed successfully — it cannot be refunded. Generations that fail server-side are automatically refunded back to your balance.
Repeated refund requests across multiple charges, the use of additional accounts to extend a refund window, and other patterns we reasonably consider abusive may be denied at our sole discretion outside the EU/UK statutory window described below.
EU/UK consumers retain the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for digital-content contracts regardless of usage during the window; where credits have been consumed, we deduct their proportional value and refund the remainder (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m); UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Worked examples and the step-by-step procedure live on the Refund Policy. Nothing in this section limits any other non-waivable right you may have under Turkish consumer law or the law of your country of residence.
6. Your Content and AI Outputs
Anything you upload (prompts, reference images, template text) is “Your Content”. You keep ownership of Your Content. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit it to the AI providers and Etsy as required to operate the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant that licence and that Your Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual-property, publicity, or privacy right.
AI-generated outputs (“Outputs”) are returned to you for use in your Etsy shop. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we don't claim copyright ownership over Outputs. The licence you receive is non-exclusive: identical or similar prompts submitted by other users may produce substantially similar generations, and we make no guarantee of uniqueness. You are responsible for reviewing each Output before publishing — AI models can occasionally produce trademarked elements, copyrighted-looking material, or text that infringes rights you are not aware of.
Copyrightability notice. The U.S. Copyright Office and several other jurisdictions have held that purely AI-generated works are not eligible for copyright protection without substantial human authorship. We do not guarantee that any Output is copyrightable in your jurisdiction. See our AI Disclosure for more detail.
7. Etsy Integration
When you connect an Etsy shop, you authorise QuickListing via OAuth to create draft listings on your behalf. We never publish a listing publicly without an explicit action from you. You remain solely responsible for the content, pricing, taxes, and legality of every listing published to your Etsy shop.
You can revoke QuickListing’s access at any time from your Settings page or from Etsy’s connected-apps panel. Revoking access does not affect drafts that have already been created in your shop; those stay with you.
The term “Etsy” is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. QuickListing uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc. Your use of the Etsy API through QuickListing is also governed by Etsy’s own API Terms of Use.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that any particular generation will produce a commercially successful listing, that Outputs will pass Etsy’s review, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars (US$50).
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost sales, or loss of goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of those damages.
10. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QuickListing, its operator, its contractors, and its successors from and against any third-party claim, demand, action, or proceeding (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and other costs of defence) arising out of or relating to:
- your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law;
- Your Content or any Output you publish, including any claim that it infringes a third party’s intellectual-property, publicity, or privacy right;
- listings, sales, taxes, or customer-service obligations associated with your Etsy shop or any other marketplace where you publish Outputs.
We may, at our sole option, take exclusive control of the defence of any matter for which we are entitled to indemnification; in that case you will cooperate with our defence at our reasonable request.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time by emailing support@quicklisting.app. On closure we delete your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, retain billing records where required by Turkish and EU tax law, and refund any unused credits per Section 5.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the Service. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice and pro-rata refund any unused portion of an active subscription.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address on your account at least 14 days before they take effect; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Uşak, Türkiye, except that consumers may invoke mandatory protections available under their country of residence.
